Tim's Bio
Tim was born many years ago during a fierce snowstorm in the northern state of Indiana to the proud parents of Millard and Ruth Hentzell. He was thought to be a gift from the Heavens above then he became a teenager. He has 4 older siblings that are amazed that he is still the little kid that won't shut up
His family moved to Orlando in the late 50's where he was raised through his high school years. He then moved to Las Vegas where he gambled and got married.
Tim got into stand up comedy after a messy divorce. He says "I needed a place to complain about the ex, and the stage was a place to do it without paying $125 an hour for a shrink. He taught a comedy workshop and now teaches comedy at Jacksonville University. To view a Channel 12 News report on the workshop click here. He has had many successes come from his workshop that are on the road performing their material.
Tim is looking forward to becoming the next star in the crazy world of entertainment. He is the CEO of The Funny Line and is moving forward in the entertainment industry.
Tim recently married his high school sweetheart (Robin Kearley AKA Robin Hentzell) that he finally met even though they never went to the same school or lived in the same town. He said on this marriage he was going to be smart and fill out the marriage license in pencil.
He recently became a grandfather for the first time. He is devoted grandfather to Sierra and now Haley. His friends say that being a grandfather means you're getting older. But Tim tells them it's the gray pubic hair that makes him feel old.
Tim works with many local charities by donating his time and comedy talents for shows and behind the scenes work. Recently he was able to perform as The Amazing Spider-Man for the U.S. Navy at their child abuse awareness month picnic.
He is writing a novel not
related to the comedy business called "The Power of 3." It is a story
about three characters that have special mental powers and are brought together
